theres only a forum now, with topics beeing marked as important.
usually "view unread posts" pops out the new ones so reading in one flow is quite guaranteed.

also the main page of forums (index) contains the additional shoutbox/mchat feature. its like the website we had before we changed to bf3 and its quite small and very reactive to browse now. without big pictures that have to be loaded...

most features werent even active in our last page and it looked broken to me since it never got totally finished (reputation, missing modules on front page) - useless 3rd party javascript visitor counter...
